Blooming in My Sister's Garden

Enjoy some pictures of my sister's garden. I'm envious of all the color and blooms!

All grown from seed. I have little success with direct sowing but what ever she sows every year thrives with little care. The Mexican sunflower is even doing well.

Zinnias are one of my favorite flowers but I have no success with them, yet! I will keep trying.

Hyacinth Bean Vine

The walk way from the front gate.

They are even more red and beautiful in person.

We will have plenty of seeds for next year.

The yellow finches prefer the seeds of the red sunflower.

Container

Pumpkin vine growing from last years pumpkin seed. Not planted on purpose. I wonder if we will have a pumpkin?

Coleus I grew from seed. Hard to recognize it as the tiny seedling I gave her.

There can never be enough zinnias.
