Beautiful Day

A hair ornament. No a lady bug. Glad to see one in the yard and hopefully there's more. Although I'd prefer finding her on a plant not the bird bath.

Don't remember buying a bag with mixed colored tulips.

Moved the lilies to the yard today to make more space on the porch.

Planted 6 small heuchera. That was the first time I've seen them in a six pack as seedlings. It sure save me the work of trying them again from seed.
A few more days and the yellow iris should open.

She sat in my seat as soon as I moved although she has her own seat. My helper on the porch and I don't know who's more excited with the plants and the watering bucket. She drank her share of the water as it trickled over the plants..
No reds yet this year. What I plant will depend on what's available. Zinnias in April. Got them today because the produce market may not have more later in the season. It's too early but once they're gone that's it. Now to keep them alive till planting outside. That many for a few dollars is a better bargain than at Home Depot or the nursery. Next year I'll have to try the small ones from seeds and have more patience with impatiens.

The New Guinea Impatiens are beautiful. I didn't see pink last year.
