Saturday

My sister and I spent the day shopping. Of course that included buying flowers. Everyone else had the same idea also. New Guinea implants hopefully will be planted tomorrow.

One of 3 begonias started from tubers is doing well. Waiting to see it bloom.

Petunia seedling.

Picking off the dead blooms and leaves does seem to help. My geraniums have gotten fuller with many more leaves and new blooms starting.

Brought the delphinium today to go outside in the front flower bed.

Aren't they beautiful. I have enough for 4 bouquets. I'll finish the other arrangements tomorrow. The peach roses are fragrant.

Kitty also enjoyed the weather today.

Dead headed the geum. Saved the seeds but they haven't browned so they may not be viable. I shall see.

The End of May

Photos taken May 20th. Daisies.

Zinnia seedlings.

More zinnias.

Snapdragon seedlings.

A mess of pansies never taken out of their containers.

The other Annabelle hydrangea died after 3 years.

Two other begonias rotted with all the rain. My coleus seedlings look sad when I planted them but much better now.

Sad looking tomatoes. Maybe they'll make it.

Removed a dead box wood and planted this hydrangea in it's place.

Honeysuckle

Got it to bloom. But it's not Thanksgiving.
