In The Yard

Saw some blooms from the window and went out in the yard today to see what's coming up and what's bloomed. The virus is unfortunate but some of us in Philly have some time off work thanks to our Govenor Wolf. For me it was much needed. I'm tired and summer vacation can't get here soon enough. Have you ever seen a supermarket without meat. A first today.

My cyclamen are multiplying. Something likes growing under the canopy of trees that absorb all the rain that falls.

Winter aconite. There were many at least 50. This is what returned.

Plant this cyclamen in the fall. Saw it in bloom from the window.

One of two brunnera has risen. Hopefully the second one I planted in the fall will emerge soon. Can't wait for the blooms and hope slugs and snails don't get to it first.

Peony

Not enough time in the soil developing. They're short. They had enough chill time.

Short but beautiful and fragrant.

Amaryllis in the house.

Time to start, another day.

Will get out here soon and start cleaning.
