| Two snow days for school children. Philadelphia only had 4 inches of snow. High winds made it look like a blizzard with snow flying and drifts. Now a worsening deep freeze. Seventeen degrees now with a low of 10 tonight and 6 degrees tomorrow night. A real winter. |
